Delivery Information
All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and not from placement of your order.
All goods are delivered Monday - Friday, (Public holidays NOT included) If you order a product that cannot be delivered in the times advised we will email you.
We can only deliver goods to an address that has a Mainland UK postcode.
Please check all goods on arrival, If any products have been damaged in transit you must contact us at sales@heatingproductstogo.co.uk straight away.
Please wait until goods have arrived & been checked before you arrange a plumber to install. Heatingproductstogo.co.uk will NOT pay any fees in relation to this.
Please allow 4 working days for goods to arrive.
The transport company that we use will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, Somebody needs to be available until 6.00pm on the day of delivery.
Identification will be required before leaving any goods.
Normal Parcels You will be e-mailed with the consignment number and carrier details so you can track your delivery on-line.
Pallet/Bulky Parcels
You will be e-mailed/telephoned with the consignment details directly by the transport company to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Delivery Methods
We use a number of couriers to deliver our parcels. The courier used will depend on what you order and where the items are being delivered to. The courier used for your order will be made clear to you once your order has been despatched
Retuns Information
Returns Policy - Returns Form & Returns Number
Returns must be made with a completed returns form. email sales@heatingproductstogo.co.uk and request a returns form & number so that we know to expect your return. You agree that if you send a return to us without a returns form and returns number you will pay a £18.00 administration fee to cover the extra work involved in processing your return.
Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
We will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge, please contact sales@heatingproductstogo.co.uk to arrange for the goods to be collected. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.
Costs
Checking Goods For Damage and Notifying heatingproductstogo.co.uk
For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the drivers delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and email sales@heatingproductstogo.co.uk with the details as soon as possible. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.
Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can inform us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return the item for a refund. (Some products feature a 30 or 90 day satisfaction guarantee).
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition.
For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs to send them back will be considerably higher than you are charged for delivery. We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR NAME ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
